When ordering, please use the 2 letter abbreviation for your state.
(Canada, use the two letters for your Province)
We will eventually update our order form to have a dropdown to 'force' the 2 letters, but for now we will have to rely on you.
It seems the software we are using, and the Post Office, wants the 2 letter abbreviation.
