Ceremony to take place before Regan ships out for second tour of duty in Iraq

Fire Commissioner Nicholas Scoppetta tomorrow will preside at a graduation ceremony for Probationary Firefighter Peter T. Regan at the quarters of Rescue Company 3 in the Bronx. Firefighter Regan has successfully completed the requirements necessary to graduate the FDNY Fire Academy on March 7th but will be unable to take part in the Department
