My father passed away yesterday of a massive heart attack. He was a retired Lieutenant for Montgomery County,Md. Company 5. His name was Butch Johnson.
He just celebrated his 62nd birthday on Monday, April 21.
The viewing will be held at Collins Funeral home @ 500 University Blvd. on 4/28/03. The times are 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 7:00pm to 9:00pm.
Services will be held at St. Pauls Methodist Church on 4/29/03 at 1:00pm.
Please spread the word to all of his brother firefighters and urge them to attend. I want my dad to be remembered for the hero that he was. The fire department was his life like his fathers before him who helped start the Kensington volunteer fire department and is a charter member.
