9/11 Info Request Lt. Philip S. Petti, Bat 7

I am trying to find a way to get a message to Lt. Philip S. Petti's widow. He was in the 1st tower that fell on 9/11. I do not need to speak to her directly, just get a message to her somehow. Thanks for any help!
