Scheduled to be last remnant removed from ground zero

A New York firefighter sprays "E54" and "L4," referring to the engine and ladder companies in the fire department, on the last remaining steel support beam from the collapsed south tower at the World Trade Center disaster site, Monday, April 22, 2002, in New York. The beam has recently become a memorial to the fallen uniformed services and civilians and is scheduled to be the last remnant to be removed from ground zero. (AP Photo/ Louis Lanzano)
