    Brian's Fund

Brian's Fund, in memory of firefighter Brian E. Sweeney is different from other 9/11 memorial funds. Brian's Fund a not-for-profit organization that helps technology dependent children. These are children that are disabled, coupled with complex health care needs.

"In 9-11 2001, our son Brian was tragically taken from us in the World Trade Center disaster. Brian was a New York City Firefighter assigned to Rescue 1, Manhattan. Though his loss is overwhelming to his family and friends, it is our wish to share his love and memory with a truly worthy cause. The Brian E. Sweeney Memorial Fund generates its support through individuals, organizations and various fund raising activities," -The Sweeney Family.

Please visit the website for Brian's Fund at

    *About Brian's Fund
On 9-11 2001, Brian was tragically taken from us in the World Trade Center disaster. Brian was a New York City Firefighter assigned to Rescue 1, Manhattan. Though his loss is overwhelming to his family and friends, it is our wish to share his love and memory with a truly worthy cause. The Brian E. Sweeney Memorial Fund generates its support through individuals, organizations and various fund raising activities. Our Mission: We are a not-for-profit organization that helps technology dependent children. These are children that are disabled, coupled with complex health care needs. We intend to purchase necessary equipment not covered by Medicaid, insurance, or for uninsured individuals; also, special equipment.

See www.BriansFund.com for more information and to read about the tattoo that brought Brian home the night before his memorial service- t-shirts are also available.
