    Checking on your order

First, please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery. International, maybe a little longer.

We are not Outpost.com or some other big company promises next day delivery.

Most orders will be processed within 3 days, and then shipped out. (no promises there though.)

Basic shipping is US Priority Mail, which varies from 2 - 5 days The Post Office says 2 - 3 days, but perhaps with new security things are slowing down a bit, so we've seen some orders take over a week. But still, that's only 2 weeks.

UPS 2nd day is, of course, based on when the order is actually processed in the warehouse and shipped out. That process can take around 3 days before it ships.

Same thing goes for Next Day Air. You must factor in our processing time. Yes, we might try to push it through quicker, but no promises.

Canada, you go out UPS Ground. So that might take maybe 7 days? Not sure.

    Order Info - Invoice Number

It would help tremendously if you gave us the order number.

That's the number that looks like this:
    Invoice Number: FBF1001923

    Also, your name and address.

Please don't just send an email with no info in it asking for the status of your order. I cannot search by email addresses.

We get hundreds of emails a day, and cannot recognize emails addresses or names. The order number is extremely helpful.

    Thanks

    US Mail slower than usual

We've noticed that the mail is running slower than usual. Besides the holiday volume, there's probably a bit extra security slowing things down.

Keep that in mind while waiting.
