TEARS AND PRIDE

They've been devastated by tragedy, but all stand tall with pride.

Families of the eight members of New York's Fighting 69th who lost their lives in the Iraq war came together in Manhattan last night to pay tribute to their loved ones.

"It's good for them to honor my husband and the other men like this," said six months pregnant Sharon Engeldrum, whose husband, Chris, was killed when a bomb exploded under his Humvee outside of Baghdad in November.

Engeldrum and son Sean, 18, were at the Lexington Avenue Armory last night for a special tribute to the First Battalion, 69th Infantry Regiment of the New York Army National Guard
