How long did your order take?

To help get an idea of how long some of these orders are taking,
I'd like to ask you to Reply to this message when your order comes.

Just tell everyone how long it took for it to arrive.

I know some have gotten their orders within 3 days, at least a few weeks ago.

so, when your order comes, just visit the site, come to the Order Info section (here), and reply to this message.

This will help people anticipate when they might be able to expect their orders.

Remember that this is a 'community' site. Let's help each other.

    thanks

    over 2 weeks

I just got a report from someone.

The package left us on 12/4, and they just received it on 12/20.

Remember, we are sending things out by Priority Mail, which normally ships in a few days, not a few weeks.

We've done what we could, and got most packages out within a couple days of the order. The rest is in the Post Offices hands.

    12/3 - 12/20

I wanted to inform you that the original package that was sent out to me on 12/3/01 through the United States Postal Service arrived on my doorstep this evening around 8:00pm (12/20).
The package was left anonymously and sliced opened with a knife through the tape, the package still had the two original shirts in it. I am assuming that the mail carrier found it at the bottom of some barrel and stopped by on their way home or something to that effect to deliver it to me.

That's how most of the orders went. Priority mail is usually a 2 - 3 day delivery. It looks like the Post Office choked on a few.

Post Office makes for more work

As I've been trying to send out duplicate orders for all those that the Post Office lost on 12/5.... what do you think happens?

    Brian,
Yesterday(Monday) the 14th I received a box from you with
the FBF100xxxx order in it from you, it was the Dec. 5th replacement order that was lost!

I also received a box with the original Dec. 5th order (FBF100xxxx) both from Texas.
I was very surprised to receive 2 orders at once!

Should I just return the Dec5 order back to Texas or do you want be to do something different? Let me know what I should do and Thank-you for sticking in there and helping everyone get their orders back, I imagine IT WAS A NIGHTMARE!

so Thank-you again, I appreciate all you did!!!!
Nightmare? Yeah, you can say that. Now I don't know who received doubles or anything. We've since switched to UPS so everything is tracked.
For those that might get a duplicate order, we have two suggestions. One, simply return the extra one. (you weren't charged for it). Or, better yet, see if someone you know might want the extra, and make a donation to the foundation for it. The second option seems to be the one most people are doing, which is great, since it helps the families the most.

thank you all for your patience and consideration.
