Michael J. Falcone, 81, of Worcester died Sunday, July 8th at the Radius Health Care of Milbury.

He leaves his wife of 37 years, Eleanor (Mangano) Falcone; a daughter, Mary G. Sealey and her husband James of Worcester, a daughter, Debi Samia of Cape Cod; grandchildren, Cody Michael and Ava Grace Sealey; sisters, Doris Settle of Oakham, Ma., Antoinette Strand, Marion Martineau and Annmarie Kennedy and her husband Paul all of Shrewsbury, Marylou Turnbull of Worcester.

Mr. Falcone was born September 29, 1925 the son of the late Joseph and Lillian (Trotta) Falcone. He was predeceased by a sister, Lena D'Agostino and a brother Louis Falcone.

Mr. Falcone was educated at Boy's Trade School, he later went on to join the U.S. Navy during World War II from 1944 ? 1946. He served as a Motor Machinist Mate Third Class on the LST 753 in the Pacific. Mr. Falcone was a Disabled American Veteran. He was a Worcester Fire Fighter from 1949 ? 1979 retiring as a lieutenant. He also owned and operated Acushnet Realty for over 10 years. Mr. Falcone was a member of Our Lady of Loreto Church and the Froshian Club in Shrewsbury.

The Funeral will be held Wednesday, July 11th from LOUIS FAZIO & SON FUNERAL HOME, 9 Branch St., at 9am with a Mass at 10am in Our Lady of Loreto Church, Worcester . Burial will be in St. John Cemetery. Visiting hours are on Tuesday from 4 to 8pm at the funeral home.
